Job Summary
Subaru of Clear Lake is seeking a highly motivated professional and customer focused Bilingual Sales Associateto join our successful and growing team.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Applicants who are not fully bilingual will not be considered.

Qualifications
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Sales experience preferred automotive experience a plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid driver license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process in both English and Spanish
Build lasting relationships with new and repeat clients
Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles with confidence and professionalism
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client pipeline
Deliver a superior customer experience from first contact through delivery
Compensation
