The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements maintaining accurate documentation and supporting operational efficiency through structured planning and communication.
Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights accommodations and transportation
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation
Monitor travel schedules and adjust arrangements when necessary
Communicate with vendors service providers and internal departments
Maintain accurate travel records and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with company travel policies
Provide administrative support related to travel logistics
Resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally
