Founded in 1999 Dexcom Inc. (NASDAQ: DXCM) develops and markets Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes. Where You Come In:
You perform inprocess and final product reviews of documents to ensure accurate format signatures dating and full adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for commercial and clinical products.
You maintain compliance with operating procedures and ensure all training is completed before performing any task.
You ensure all documentation is legible complete and correct.
You inspect labeling for finished products.
You understand review and approve line clearance activities in manufacturing.
You perform inprocess quality audits in manufacturing to verify compliance with documentation and GDP.
You assist with the NCMR process during manufacturing for commercial and clinical products.
You perform inprocess product inspections and testing for commercial and clinical products.
You familiarize yourself with manufacturing processes.
You provide training to new employees.
You take on new challenges and expanded responsibilities to support growing demands within different areas of the Quality Department.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You assume and perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You Successful:
You are able to perform all essential duties of the role efficiently and accurately.

You bring proficiency in reviewing documentation applying GDP and supporting manufacturing processes.
You ideally have experience with Agile/PLM Oracle and/or Camstar software programs. (Nice to have)
You demonstrate adaptability willingness to learn and the ability to support multiple quality functions as needed.
Your communication skills and accuracy make you a key partner in ensuring compliance and product integrity.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires 0- 2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
