Essential Job Functions
Key Responsibilities
- Time & Priority Management: Own the CEO / Dealer Principal calendar with structure and purpose. Anticipate needs prioritize commitments and proactively manage conflicts or shifting priorities.
- Email & Communication Flow: Organize filter and draft communication responses; ensure timely follow-ups; triage what requires the CEO / Dealer Principals direct attention.
- Executive Protection: Serve as the CEO / Dealer Principals gatekeeperbalancing access with discernment. Protect time energy and attention so the CEO / Dealer Principal remains focused on what matters most.
- Meeting Preparation & Debrief: Coordinate materials brief the CEO / Dealer Principal prior to meetings and manage post-meeting actions.
- Follow-Up and Accountability: Track outstanding tasks and ensure action items across the organization are executed.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Navigate highly sensitive information with maturity and integrity particularly around family and ownership matters.
- Family Office Coordination: May support light ad hoc activities related to family office operations.

Work Environment:
Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
