This position isprimarilyresponsible forcreating executing and deliveringmodel-based audience lists from written instructionsutilizingexisting application software.This role will alsoutilizevendor applications to deliver audience lists for digital and social media campaigns. Additionally this rolemayassistinthe coordination andfulfillmentof email campaigns using targeted audiences providedby S&P Global.Thisrequiressending data filesas well as other necessary campaign assetsto and from email deployment vendors.The candidateis required tohave methodical attention to detail andis expectedto quickly develop strong data domainexpertise.This position also will performadditional administrative customer service and ad hocproject work that is relevant to departmental and business objectives.

This positionresideson the Audience fulfillment team in the PAS(Polk Automotive Solutions)Portfolio of S&P Mobility

Responsibilities and Impact

Principal Accountabilities

  • Convert written instructions into necessary program input.

  • Clarifying requirements with sales account teams.

  • Executing complex data extraction processes.

  • Identifying and matching data as required by job specifications.

  • Validation / QCof extracted data to specifications.

  • Providing data support to account and product teams.

  • Workingwith product management & business development groupsregardingEmail Vendor relations.

  • Managing communications and producing regular reports for email marketing campaigns.


What Were Looking For:

  • University degree (bachelorsor equivalent) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.

  • Work efficiently under pressure.

  • Manage multiple incoming requestsin a timely manner.

  • Ability to work both independently& collaborativelyacross the organization.

  • Flexibility and good organizational skills.

  • Independent judgment/ problem solving.

  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strongknowledge of Microsoft Officesoftware.

  • Anyadditionaldataanalysistechnology skillsareaplusbut not.

  • Self-motivated and reliable working behavior.

  • Positive team attitude.

  • Great data analytics skills. experience working with large data sets is a plus.

  • Automotive industryortargetedmarketing experience is preferred.

  • Understanding ofmarketing in digital and social media platforms is a plus.
