Corpus Christi TX Days Full-Time Permanent
Compensation: $36.43$51.00/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On / Relocation: Available on a case-by-case basis

On-Call: Every 3rd week (phone/emergency coverage across PP/AP/L&D)
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager to oversee a high-performing Womens Services department within a modern Womens Center featuring an integrated NICU.
This leadership role is responsible for managing:
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day Labor & Delivery operations staffing and patient care delivery
Promote evidence-based clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives
Monitor nursing performance and hold team members accountable for outcomes
Oversee patient flow including admissions discharges and interdisciplinary coordination
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures
Drive employee engagement retention and professional development
Support departmental and organizational strategic objectives
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery leadership experience (within the past year required)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
Active Texas RN license or Compact eligibility required
Acute care Labor & Delivery management experience strongly preferred
