As a Barista/Cashier at Palmetto Market you will be the welcoming face of our café and retail marketpreparing handcrafted beverages providing efficient cashier service and ensuring every guest interaction is warm friendly and seamless.

This role is perfect for an energetic service-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee espresso beverages teas and light food items according to established recipes and presentation standards

• Provide accurate and efficient cashier service including processing payments and handling cash responsibly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café service areas and retail displays

• Restock food beverages and retail merchandise to ensure an appealing and well-supplied market

• Deliver friendly attentive guest service while answering questions and offering recommendations

• Follow all food safety sanitation and Omni brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous barista café retail or food service experience preferred

• Strong guest service communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment

• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy

• Flexible availability including mornings weekends and holidays

• Positive attitude and commitment to Omnis culture of genuine hospitality
