DescriptionAs a Senior IT Analyst at Honeywell you will lead complex highimpact IT initiatives supporting SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) this role you will serve as the primary IT partner for Finance translating business requirements into scalable compliant S/4 solutions that support financial close reporting and controls.
This position plays a key role in a new SAP S/4 deployment with handson involvement across the full lifecycle including blueprinting configuration testing and postgolive stabilization. You will analyze complex systems and processes identify opportunities for improvement and innovation and help drive datainformed decisionmaking aligned with Honeywells technology roadmap.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver reliable efficient financial solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.
The role reports to the IT Manager and is based in Phoenix AZ with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities- Serve as the IT functional lead for SAP S/4 Record to Report processes including General Ledger journal processing periodend close financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather document and validate business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system configurations.
- Lead and support highimpact IT initiatives related to S/4 financial reporting and close.
- Analyze systems processes and data to identify opportunities for efficiency compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support testing deployment and postgolive stabilization for S/4HANA financial solutions.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong experience with IT project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with S4 HANA and Record to Report processes.
