DescriptionThis position is to provide recruiting and administrative support to the Full-Time Recruiting Team.
Assigned Responsibilities:
- Assisting with organization of recruiting documentation including applications resumes and interview evaluations
- Work on unique projects to improve processes and procedures
- Schedule interviews as requested by hiring managers and recruiting team
- Contact candidates coordinate interview dates/times and create Outlook calendar invites for Teams interviews and in-person interviews
- Create seamless interview experience for candidates by coordinating interviews via Workable and Microsoft Outlook
- Corresponding with candidates and new hires as needed
- Aid in corporate training coordination
- Reserve Training Locations
- Coordinate Food Orders
- Create calendar invites
- Record trainings as needed via Microsoft Teams
- Track and communicate attendance record
- Assist with Corporate communications tasks and items as needed as time permits
- General office duties including filing type/fax correspondence copying etc.
Assigned responsibilities may include any or all of the above
This role is guaranteed part-time with potential to be full-time depending on the amount of work provided.
RequirementsKnowledge of Microsoft Suites Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.

BenefitsHourly Range:
$20 - $23 per hour
