Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Location: Salem VA
Schedule: Full-time flexible shifts (Nights/Days/Mixed/Evenings rotating weekends)
Pay: $32.33$48.50/hr (experience-based)
Differentials: Night $3/hr Weekend-Day $3/hr Weekend-Night $7/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15000 (with 2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $1500

Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Emergency Roomfor an exciting job in Salem VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage assess and provide care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critical illnesses
Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously with professionalism and composure
Collaborate with patients families and physicians to ensure effective discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policy
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements:
Diploma/ADN required; BSN preferred or in progress
Active VA RN license or eligible under compact licensing
AHA BLS certification required
1 year of acute ER experience preferred; Med/Surg nurses may be considered for nights (cross-training provided)
