About the Role

Youll be the first point of contact for customer queries managing inbound calls and order processing while supporting seamless communication across warehouse and transport teams. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who can balance attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients via phone and email.
Accurately receive and process customer orders in the system.
Advise customers on product changes out-of-stock items and delivery updates.
Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve service issues.
Process store credits and maintain accurate customer data.
Assist with promotional orders product recalls and special projects as required.

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment ideally within logistics supply chain or FMCG.
Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy and organisational skills.
Intermediateskills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Adaptable proactive and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
