We are an organisation with heart and we are seeking a professional and astute Director of Sales & Marketing to join our diverse and dynamic team. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth.
Analyse market trends competitor activity and customer insights to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Establish clear commercial objectives and KPIs for the Conference & Events Corporate and Marketing teams.
Partner closely with the Revenue Management team to optimise pricing strategies and apply best-practice revenue management principles.
Lead the sales and marketing teams in creating and delivering impactful campaigns and sales initiatives leveraging the broader Accor Commercial Hub to maximise event conversions guest acquisition and retention.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients corporate accounts and industry partners to support long-term business growth.
Foster a collaborative high-performing and motivated team culture.
Develop and manage the Commercial budget ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Prepare and deliver regular reports forecasts and performance analysis to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 7-10 years of commercial experience in the hospitality industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
o Strong knowledge of revenue management sales marketing and distribution strategies.
o Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
