Job Description

Business Development Representative / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager to join a leading global HVAC manufacturer.

This Business Development Representative / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for organically growing and developing new relationships within the wider construction sector focused on promoting HVAC products including Air Handlers fan equipment energy recovery air systems filtration and more.

The Business Development Representative / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager should have developed new client relations throughout the home building/construction industry with knowledge of builder specifier developer architect and/or Mechanical Contractor divisions. This candidate will be required to travel across the Mid-West in Texas Kansas and Colorado.

Business Development Representative / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager Role

  • Develop new relationships within the wider construction sector focused on promoting HVAC products including Air Handlers fan equipment energy recovery air systems filtration
  • Management of builder portfolio track project lifecycle
  • Participate in select trade shows rep meetings or branch visits within the HVAC sector
  • Liaise with various engineering departments
  • Able to tavel throughout the Mid-West including Texas Kansas Colorado

Business Development Representative / Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements

  • Experience in a business development role working with either builder specifier developer architect and/or Mechanical Contractor generalised construction divisions
  • Higher level education / qualification within the construction sector is advantageous
  • A familiarisation of ventilation and/or indoor air quality solutions through a construction industry background
  • Able to travel throughout the Mid-West including Texas Kansas Colorado
