Job Summary

IT Project Manager / Scrum Master / Product Owner
Location: Houston TX 77024
Type: Contract
Experience: 5 years

Overview:
Lead enterprise healthcare IT initiativesincluding EHR upgrades data modernization cybersecurity and interoperability projectsfrom initiation through go-live and adoption. Ensure project governance clinical continuity and compliance while partnering closely with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead full project lifecycle activities: initiation planning governance risk/issue mitigation and stakeholder communication.
Manage cross-functional teams including clinical SMEs technical leads vendors and operational leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and serve as Scrum Master or Product Owner as needed.
Drive change management efforts training plans and adoption metrics for clinical rollouts.
Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports dashboards and presentations.
Oversee project budgets schedules resource planning and scope management.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of IT project leadership experience within healthcare environments.
Hands-on experience with EHR implementations optimization and clinical workflow change management.
Experience supporting EHR workflow training and clinician education.
PMP CSM SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.
