A fantastic opportunity for an experienced AV Project Engineer to deliver high quality audio visual and video conferencing solutions for meeting this role youll manage site-based projects supervise installation teams and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to exceptional standards. Youll also have the chance to work with some of the most recognised and respected customers in the Industry whilst continuing to build a progressive career in a supportive environment.
This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to obtain Security Clearance.
What youll do:
- Lead technical delivery of AV/VC systems including installation testing commissioning and client training.
- Perform site surveys review drawings and provide technical support to project and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety company processes and customer requirements.
- Produce accurate project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive project success.
- Liaising with the technical team to confirm technical product specifications
- Manage and supervise the field-based installation team ensuring project objectives are succesful
What youll need:
- Good experience in AV/VC engineering
- Strong knowledge of network cabling IP fundamentals and AV technologies (Teams Zoom Polycom Cisco Logitech).
- Skilled in commissioning troubleshooting and control systems.
- Experience around Project Management controls including Change Management Risk and Project Plans
- Excellent communication planning and problem-solving skills.
- Valid CSCS/ECS card SMSTS or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Security Clearance (or the willingness to undertake this)
