What Youll Need

• Nursing qualification with valid NMC pin preferred
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional leadership communication and team-motivation skills
• Passion for elderly care and a resident-focused approach
• Ability to manage budgets resources and operational priorities
