Join Our Kitchen Team at Hellas Restaurant & Bakery!
Are you passionate about cooking and ready to bring your skills to a vibrant fast-paced kitchen Hellas Restaurant & Bakery is looking for a Full-Time Cook to join our talented team! Youll be working alongside experienced chefs and cooks who are as committed to quality as you are all while crafting delicious high-quality dishes in a positive and energetic environment.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and company standards
- Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Assist with food prep and ensure ingredients are fresh stored properly and ready for service
- Keep an eye on inventory and promptly report shortages or equipment issues
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently
- Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is consistent in taste quality and presentation
- Work collaboratively with chefs line cooks and servers to ensure smooth service
What Were Looking For:
- 1 year or more of previous cooking experience in a high-volume fast-paced kitchen preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation best practices
- Flexibility to work days evenings weekends and holidays
