Your role
In the role of Principal Consultant you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
Overall 15 Years of experience in IT services.
Technical expertise with Genesys Cloud Java SIP Webservices
Experience in Architecting and implementing contact centers based on Genesys Cloud with backend development and secure integrations including integrations with 3rd party systems
Experience in converting complex business requirements into tailored technical designs with gap and feasibility analysis
Experience in Contact center applications Automation such as IVR and CTI validations using Cyara/hammer Jenkins data push from WFM like skills group details to CC application
Strong contact center domain knowledge including different metrics that are handled in Contact center
Experience in using SDK of Genesys cloud and APIs
Experience in Genesys cloud Architect tool scripts integration trunks users and features configuration for both Inbound and outbound in Voice and Non-voice area.
Experience working in Agile Methodologies such as XP Scrum or Kanban.
Preferred
Certification in Genesys Cloud CX: Developer/Professional Certification is an advantage
Experience in intelligent routing configurations predictive engagement and messaging configuration in Genesys cloud
Experience in developing Voice Email Chat and Social Media Channels
Good knowledge in SIP encodings communications protocols Telephony integration certificate and key handling.
