Job Summary
Colne Medical Centre is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced advanced nurse practitioner to join our friendly team in our well-established practice in Brightlingsea.The position is for 30-37.5 hours per week and offers an ideal opportunity at any stage of your career.
- Manage daily surgeries telephone consultations and telephone triage
- Assess diagnose and treat patients with a range of acute and non-acute medical conditions initiating direct referrals as appropriate
- Prescribe medication as defined by current legislative framework and practice policy
- Visit patients either in their own home or in a care home environment

About the Candidate
To be considered for the role applicants have the following skills and experience;
- A relevant nursing degree
- Current NMC registration with an active PIN
- Be an independentprescriber
- Excellent communication and a good team player
- Be flexible
- Excellent IT skills
