Position Overview: Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Long Term Substitute Teacher to join our team. This temporary position requires a dynamic educator who can effectively deliver instructional methodologies manage classroom behavior and utilize instructional technology in a 1:1 learning environment. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to new situations and work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective instructional methodologies to engage and support all students.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive and effective strategies.
- Utilize instructional technology to enhance learning in a 1:1 environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in a public school setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of instructional technology and its application in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new situations quickly.
