Job Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly organized and service-oriented Automotive Fleet/Greeter to join our team. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our service department managing our loaner vehicle fleet and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest who arrives at our service drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all customers upon arrival to the service drive and assist with check-in procedures.
- Manage all aspects of the dealerships loaner vehicle fleet:
- Assign and deliver loaner vehicles to guests.
- Complete and close out rental/loaner contracts.
- Monitor and coordinate vehicle maintenance fuel cleanliness and overall readiness.
- Provide prompt and courteous shuttle service for customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and fleet availability.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Uphold dealership standards for customer care and vehicle presentation.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude and a professional appearance.
- Experience in an automotive or customer service role preferred.
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
