Position: Production Supervisor
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division - Operation
Location: Karachi -Landhi Plant
Job Summary:
To supervise the OSD Finishing area to ensure daily outputs planning organizing execute training and monitoring of all activities with compliance of EQDs and AQs Policies / Procedures Local Regulatory cGMP requirements EHS policies and security standing orders / code of business conduct.
Major Responsibilities:
- To perform Finishing related operations as per S.O.P with proper documentation.
- Accountable to meet scheduled operation due dates daily run rates Continuous improvement plans
- a timely manner.
- Timely compilation of batch records & maintain equipment logs.
- Maintain Housekeeping logbooks.
- Manage & supervise work force of area.
- To expose prioritize and stimulate the reduction or elimination of non-value-added activities and to reduce
- scrap rework and shrinkage and to increase yields.
- To assist by providing information needed for measurement of KPIs of supply side.
- To assist in root cause analysis against KPIs results for continuous improvement of process.
- Daily standardization of weighing balances & check weigher.
- Data of OEE /IOE of blister & bottle machines to be incorporated in system.
- Ensuring that products are packed under controlled environment meeting all EQDs and AQs policies EHS
- and Housekeeping Standards. Assure compliance with local and Abbott rules.
- To comply with security standing orders / code of Business conduct.
- Maintain positive employee relations atmosphere.
- Any other work assigned by Manager Production.
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
- Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D
- Fresh or 1-2 years experience in the same capacity
- Proficient in MS Office
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
