Anytime Fitness is the worlds largest 24-hour co-ed fitness franchise with over 5000 locationsand2 million members worldwide. Our current manager is crazy busy and now needs a passionate motivated individual to assist in keeping this club the most sought after in Brantford.

About the Role
Were seeking a high-energy self-motivated team playerwho thrives on helping others and creating a welcoming fitness environment. While industry experience isnot required strongpeople skills a positive attitude and a drive for success are a must!
Availability:
- Evenings & Saturdays required approximately 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule withinMonday-Thursday (10 AM - 8 PM) and Friday/Saturday (10 AM - 5 PM)
Important:If youre uncomfortable withsales calling leads and inviting potential members to visit the club this position may not be the right fit.
What Youll Be Doing
Membership Sales Use our proven system toguide guests past their roadblocksand help them start their fitness journey. No pushy sales tacticsjustgenuine support and motivation!Earnuncapped commission on membership and personal training sales
Marketing & Outreach Think creatively toattract quality membersthrough community engagement social media and promotions. Experience withFacebook Ads and content creation is a plus!
Club Presentation & Cleanliness Takepride in your club! Maintain a clean organized and welcoming space for members. Yes this includesvacuuming floors and cleaning restroomswe all pitch in to keep the gym looking great!
Community Engagement Represent our brand atlocal events Chamber of Commerce meetings and sponsorshipseven on weekends! We love being active in our community.
Member Experience & Retention Can youcreate an atmosphere that members love Inspire members toinvite friends share their experiences and stay engaged. Exceptional customer service is key!
