The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic organised and professionalAdministrator - Corporate Servicesto be the friendly face of our Rivervale office and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager this is a true all-rounder role that combines reception duties office coordination procurement PPE and fleet administration onboarding support and general team assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact: greet visitors answer calls manage general inbox;
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services Manager and Senior Leadership Team (diary management presentations documents);
- Coordinate office facilities kitchen stationery printers meeting rooms deliveries;
- Raise purchase orders manage suppliers reconcile goods maintain inventory (office supplies PPE consumables);
- Issue and track PPE manage stocktakes;
- Assist with fleet administration fuel cards servicing odometer reporting registrations;
- Support onboarding (IT setup desks uniforms inductions) and travel bookings;
- Maintain accurate digital and hard-copy records and archiving;
- Provide first-line IT support (new phones/laptops SharePoint access);
- Jump in to help site/project administrators during busy periods.
About You
- You love variety and thrive on keeping multiple plates spinning;
- Excellent communication skills warm and professional on the phone and in person;
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things accurately and on time;
- Proactive resourceful and happy to own the office environment;
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; experience with SharePoint or similar is a bonus;
- Comfortable with basic IT setup and troubleshooting (phones laptops);
- A team player who enjoys helping colleagues and contributing to a positive culture;
- Reliable attendance and punctuality this is a true 5-days-in-the-office role;
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous administration reception or office coordination experience highly regarded;
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar) desirable but not essential;
- Current police clearance (or ability to obtain);
