Job Summary
Schedule:Traditional work week M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time plus possible hospital consults and :After hours ENT and facial trauma call shared with other eligible members of ENT provider :Sign-on IncentivesStudent Loan RepaymentRelocationPTO & CME AllocationMalpractice Insurance (Incl. Tail)Health/Dental/VisionRetirement (403b)Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeBoard certification in Otolaryngology or obtain certification within 3 years;Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Boise/Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed;Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
