<仕事内容>エンジニアとしてCreoを使用した溶接製品の設計および製造容易化設計DFMを担当します 製品の品質向上と製造効率の最適化に取り組む重要な役割です新しい技術の導入や設計プロセスの継続的な改善を通じて顧客の要求を満たす高品質な設計ソリューションを提供します
<役割と責任>
Creoを使用した3Dモデルおよび図面の作成設計変更や更新の管理
製造工程を考慮した設計DFMの最適化
製造チームと連携し設計の実現可能性を検証し改善提案を行う
技術的課題のトラブルシューティングおよび継続的改善活動への貢献
若手エンジニアの教育育成
<応募資格>
工学機械設計材料科学または関連分野の学士以上
直近3年間継続的に設計業務においてCreoを使用した経験
溶接構造物の設計経験
製造工程を考慮した設計に関する実践的な知識と経験
技術的課題に対する強力な分析力と問題解決能力
歓迎条件
技術的な文書の作成能力および効果的なコミュニケーションスキル
チームマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしての実績
