We are looking for an Junior Vessel Manager to join our office in Milan.
Reporting directly to Vessel Manager you will:
- Support Vessel Managers in the management of vessel costs control:
- Checks on proforma invoices of vessel activities from their tracking to the approval process;
- Support vessel management interface with Finance Dept for cost controlling as above point;
- Support Vessel Managers for vessel crew movements mainly manning plan to be kept updated in agreement with management for both Italy and UK vessels;
- Vessels documentation monitoring ;
- Support the vessel managers to maintain the engineering documentation database.
You are the right fit if you are:
- Graduated in Engineering or Accounting
- Communication Relationship and Organization skills
- Full proficiency in both written and spoken English other languages as a plus
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office MS Project
