Junior Vessel Manager

We are looking for an Junior Vessel Manager to join our office in Milan.

Reporting directly to Vessel Manager you will:

• Support Vessel Managers in the management of vessel costs control:
• Checks on proforma invoices of vessel activities from their tracking to the approval process;
• Support vessel management interface with Finance Dept for cost controlling as above point;
• Support Vessel Managers for vessel crew movements mainly manning plan to be kept updated in agreement with management for both Italy and UK vessels;
• Vessels documentation monitoring ;
• Support the vessel managers to maintain the engineering documentation database.

You are the right fit if you are:

• Graduated in Engineering or Accounting
• Communication Relationship and Organization skills
• Full proficiency in both written and spoken English other languages as a plus
• High knowledge of Microsoft Office MS Project
