Job Summary

Architect and influence at scale: Define and evolve enterprise-level architecture standards for cloud-native platforms ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term technology strategy.
Lead technical vision: Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as GraphQL Kafka and reactive frameworks to build resilient high-performance systems.
Mentor and elevate engineering talent: Provide guidance to senior engineers and staff-level peers fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Strategic collaboration: Partner with senior leadership product managers and UX teams to shape product roadmaps and technical investments.
Champion best practices: Establish and enforce standards for code quality security scalability and maintainability across engineering teams.
Innovation and research: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for potential adoption driving innovation initiatives that enhance product capabilities.
Executive-level representation: Act as a trusted advisor in cross-functional planning and executive discussions influencing technology direction for the organization.

Qualifications :

Experience: 12 years in software engineering with significant experience in technical leadership roles and architecting large-scale distributed systems.
Technical expertise: Deep proficiency in Java AWS cloud services (EC2 S3 Lambda Kinesis DynamoDB) GraphQL Kafka Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Strategic impact: Proven ability to influence organizational technology strategy and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to mentor senior engineers lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and algorithmic thinking with a focus on scalability resilience and security.

Additional Information :

Experience driving cloud transformation initiatives at scale.
Contributions to industry standards or open-source projects.
Expertise in cost optimization and performance tuning for global systems.
