Job Summary
1. To ensure timely submission of offers against Budgetary & firm enquiries to customers OEMs and Consultants.
2. Regularly visiting the customers to gather information on all upcoming projects within the region.
3. To complete pre-tendering activity with the help of the branch manager
4. To monitor competitors activities and report.
5. Coordinate with HO for smooth execution of the orders.
6. Prepare monthly reports and MIS as required.
7. Responsible for the Order Intake of Project Business of the Branch Office Pune for defined customers.
8. Prepare and submit the Indent to TSS once PO received from the customer.
9. Follow up with CM and TOP teams for timely submission of documents and order delivery.
