Job Summary

Role Objective:

HR Interns will work closely with the HR team on various projects and tasks allowing them to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions within a professional environment. The HR Intern will be responsible for addressing any employee-related issues and managing the social media platforms that shall align the business objectives of Madre with employees and the designated stakeholders/clients to achieve a comprehensive organizational vision and mission.

Key Accountabilities

Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms.
Responding to comments/messages of Job Advertisements.
Organizing CVs according to the required designation.
Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone in-person & on-site.
Assisting HRBP with post-hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates.
Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.

General Responsibilities in Quality Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems

  • Aware of the QHSE Management System.
  • Understand the importance of conformance to the QHSE Policy and procedures and to the requirements of the QHSE management system.
  • Aware of the Customer Requirements (where relevant).
  • Aware of the Significant Environmental Aspects and Occupational Hazards/Risks in this area of operation.
  • Aware of potential or actual consequences of his/her work activities and deviation from specified Operating Procedures.
  • Aware of current Objectives and Targets in this area and what is the current status.
  • Aware of Emergency Preparedness & Response.
  • Aware of Security Requirements Sexual Exploitation and Abuse or Gender-based Violence.
  • Aware of entire Human Resources and allied SOPs.
  • Aware of the Job Descriptions and Specific Roles and Responsibilities if any.
  • Aware of the SOPs to ensure the welfare health quality and safety of employees.
  • Aware of monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees and their skills
  • Aware of the process of verifying documents and archiving the same.
  • Aware of the framework of the organization and ensure compliance with the same.
  • Aware of the reporting structure of the organization and ensure compliance with the same always.



Requirements

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferred

Experience
- Should have basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
