Position: Personal Care Assistant
Schedule: Flexible full-time part-time or PRN
Location: Butler County
About the Role
We are seeking caring dependable PCAs to support clients in their homes with daily activities that promote independence comfort and quality of life. This role is perfect for individuals who are compassionate patient and committed to helping others.
Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility
Provide light housekeeping meal preparation and laundry
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in a clients condition
Follow the care plan and maintain safety in the home
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
PCA CNA or related caregiving experience a plus (but will train the right candidate)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Ability to pass background checks
