Were excited to welcome you to our collaborative Direct Procurement Team in EMEIA with colleagues located in Wrocław Nowa Wieś Tampere and this internship you will focus on data reporting and analytics helping us build tools and dashboards that make a real impact. What you will do

• Collect clean and consolidate procurement data from multiple sources including ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and supplier reports

• Manage and analyse large datasets to support decision-making

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to help the Direct Procurement Team monitor daily processes

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends outliers and performance metrics generating insights to optimize inventory and supplier delivery performance

• Learn supply chain processes to provide occasional support to the Procurement Team

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

Who you are

• You are a student or recent graduate in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Finance Logistics or related fields

• You have strong analytical and data-handling skills

• You are passionate about data visualization and eager to work with Power BI; knowledge of Power Apps and Power Query is a plus

• You are adaptable enjoy teamwork and can navigate a dynamic matrix organization

• You feel comfortable searching for information and collaborating across multiple teams

• You are interested in working in an international environment

• You are fluent in English

• You can commit to working at least 30 hours per week
