主な職務及び主な責任:

富士サイトプランニングプランニングプロフェッショナル担当はFuji Site Planning およびJapan Supply Chainの職務領域の中で求められる役割を担うSNP/DRPMPSDSMRPを主とするがそれに限らない 以下にそれぞれの役割についての概要を記す

DRP/SNP (Distribution Resource Planning/Supply Network Planning)

• 需要計画と在庫を勘案して生産に必要な情報タイミング数量等をMPS (Master Production Schedule) 担当者や関係するPlanning のメンバーに伝達する
• 出荷に関する情報を管理し予定通りDC/Customerに出荷されるかを管理し本社富士工場内の関係者に周知し必要な対処をおこなう

MPS (Master Production Schedule)

• DRP/SNPから情報を得て生産Capacity (Lineおよび人員)Bulk資材などのResourceを勘案して最適な生産計画を立てる
• MRP (Material Resource Planning) に必要なBulk 包装資材の所要量を計算し伝える
• SNP/DRPと協力してDC/Customerに予定通り出荷されるか関係部署と連携して管理する

DS (Detail Schedule)

• MPSが作成した生産計画を詳細の生産スケジュール日々ごとラインごとを作成する
• 主に製造と協力し最適なDailyの生産スケジュールを作成してPlanningのメンバーおよび富士工場の関係者に周知する

MRPMaterial Resource Planning

• MPSが作成した生産計画をもとに必要なBulk包装資材の供給計画を立てる
• Sourcing Siteの担当者包装資材のサプライヤーと予定通りの調達の計画を合意する
• 供給状況につき適宜関係者主にPlanning Memberに情報を共有し必要に応じて予定の調整を行う

なおいずれのRoleであっても下記は共通の職務とする

• KPIに関するWork Processの業務改善を行う
• Planning System (OMP/SAP)のマスタリーをあげそれらを駆使して最適なPlanを作る
• 関係部署と密に連携し供給を滞りなく出荷できるように協力する

職務の要件 Job Requirements:

教育/経験Education and Experiences:

• 大学卒業以上の学歴を有する方

• ビジネスレベルの英語力を有していることが望ましい

知識資格及び技能 Knowledge Qualification and Skills (Preferred):

• SCMOMP/SAPシステムに精通している基準生産計画在庫管理資材所要量計画工場の日次詳細計画キャパシティプラニング
• プロジェクトマネージメント
• /リスクマネージメント/プロジェクトチームへのフィードバック
• ピープルマネージメント
