Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk mitigation.
- Design execute and manage manual test cases for complex functional scenarios across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective test plans.
- Utilize enterprise-grade tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM TestRail) to manage test cycles defects and reporting.
- Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and sprint cycles.
- Act as a quality advocate identifying gaps proposing improvements and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior testers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the QA team.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders providing updates clarifying requirements and ensuring satisfaction with testing outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in functional and manual testing within enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in test strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and testing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in the Philippines as per client requirement.
