Make a Real Impact

As a Program Assurance Coordinator youll play a critical role in safeguarding service quality and compliance across Castles operations. Youll monitor claims and placements support audits and provide governance oversight to prevent risk and maintain contractual integrity.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Governance & Oversight Monitor ongoing support servicing identify risks early and escalate issues promptly.
  • Claims Management Lodge OS claims accurately and on time and provide coverage for claims and placement support.
  • Risk Monitoring Track high-value claims and at-risk placements implementing early intervention strategies.
  • Audit & Quality Assurance Support internal audits identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in compliance.
  • System Support Provide practical guidance on CRM and service delivery systems troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements.

What Youll Need to Succeed

Were looking for someone whos detail-oriented proactive and passionate about quality and compliance. If you dont meet every requirement we still encourage you to apply we value motivation and alignment with our values.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 years experience in compliance claims or quality assurance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources
  • Experience with business systems and government data platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise initiative
