Lead Mechanic Wanted Lancaster TX
$1000.00 - $1300.00 per week flag rate (for more earning potential)
- Lead the shop - guide other mechanics and handle the complex repairs
- Support and develop other techs - teach proper procedures help with difficult diagnoses share your knowledge
- Engine and transmission work - R&R rebuilds major repairs
- Advanced diagnostics - PCM/ECM issues electrical problems
- All makes and models - from basic maintenance to major overhauls
- Build team skills - help newer mechanics grow into better technicians
- Quality control - make sure work leaving the shop is done right
- 5 years of automotive experience with leadership/mentoring experience
- Expert with diagnostic scanners and troubleshooting
- Engine and transmission experience Diagnosis and repair
- Electrical system knowledge - PCM/ECM wiring sensors
- Own adequate tool set - we provide shop equipment and specialty tools
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)
- Experience with Meineke services (brakes exhaust maintenance)
- Can work independently and solve complex problems
- Good with customers and other techs
- Leadership experience in a shop environment
- Flag rate with weekly guarantee - based on experience and capabilities
