• interactive investor the UKs second largest direct-to-consumer investment platform enables individuals in the UK to plan save and invest in the way that works for them.
• Our Adviser business provides financial planning solutions and technology for UK financial advisers enabling them to create value for their customers.
• Our Investments business is a specialist asset manager that focuses on areas where we have both strength and scale to capitalise on the key themes shaping the market through either public markets or alternative asset classes.

About the Department

The ServiceNow team in Aberdeen is a small but highly autonomous group responsible for delivering and evolving a suite of ServiceNow products that support key business functions.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly autonomous environment working closely with stakeholders to shape and deliver product-specific roadmaps. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in managing an active ServiceNow environment that has several years of config customisation and a degree of technical debt. Along with the standard ITSM suite we also manage processes on IRM TRPM BCM SPM ITOM and Event Management - the successful candidate will bloom if they are happy to turn their hand to anything.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and configuration of ServiceNow modules with a focus on IRM TPRM BCM and Ops Resilience with experience managing Workspaces.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned to product roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance and supporting peers within the team whilst establishing a trusted partner relationship with stakeholders.
• Ensure platform scalability performance and compliance with security standards and governance policies.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Demonstratable experience developing and managing ServiceNow.
• Expertise in IRM TPRM and BCM modules with working knowledge of ITSM and SPM.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API) Flow Designer and UI/UX configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and MID Server configuration along with working experience of creating and maintain PowerShell scripts.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including GitHub Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• You must possess Certified Service Admin (CSA) accreditation.
