Roles & Responsibilities:
Development and configuration: Design develop and configure ServiceNow applications modules (like CSM FSO) workflows and catalog items. Design and development.

This includes setting up forms fields client scripts business rules and UI business rules.
Integration:
Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub and develop applications.
Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript HTML and CSS to meet specific business needs. Use the codes for customization.

Data management: Manage data imports exports and transformations and ensure data integrity. Maintain Data Management and reports. Manage the imports and exports and ensure data management. And ensure integrity.

Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users identify and resolve software flaws and conduct regression testing. Testing Support and solve the flaws and issues.
Testing support.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations customizations and processes.

Qualifications:

ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)

ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level).

Plus additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one:
o Customer Service Management (CSM) Playbooks Flow Designer UI Builder

Now Assist / AI Platform Analytics Predictive Intelligence Service Portal Catalog Items Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test frame design.
