Your opportunity:
Join our Application Services team as aService Specialist where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services for critical business applications. This position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the implementation of a new application and service project during while also supporting existing applications.
Who you will work with:
You will collaborate closely with Service Managers Specialists other IT roles and external vendors to ensure excellent IT service delivery. Working in partnership with our business stakeholderswhowe consider our customersyou will develop a strong understanding of their needs and processes.
What you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of application functionality andbusinessuse.
Engage with business end-users to capture and clarify functional requirements.
Contribute to a major implementation project () supporting configuration and ensuring alignment with integrations and infrastructure dependencies.
Monitor and support incident and problem management processes primarily handled by vendors.
Create andmaintaindocumentation andknowledge ofarticles as needed.
Collaborate with solution architects business analysts and other project stakeholders.
What you bring:
Technicalexpertiseas a specialist or advanced end-user.
Proven background in IT service delivery and customer support with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Hands-on experience with IT applications (On-prem and SaaS) supporting financial andlogisticsprocesses.
Experience implementing and operatingCTRM systems (Commodity Trade Risk Management).
Relevant academic background in Software Management Supply Chain Management Finance or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability toidentifyimprovement opportunities.
Experience in the metals or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of ordering and managing supporting infrastructure for applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Location: Boliden or the Stockholm office
