Job Title:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift:10 PM 7 AM

Position Overview:

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed following proper safety protocols.
Assist with wound care dressing changes catheterization and other clinical procedures.
Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team or provider.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
Support patients with daily activities such as bathing feeding mobility and hygiene when necessary.
Provide health education and guidance to patients and families regarding treatment plans and at-home care.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols safety standards and facility policies.

Skills & Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical and patient-care skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Excellent communication empathy and teamwork abilities

Qualifications

Active Arizona LPN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required.
