In the Invoice to Pay Business & System Analyst role you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level this role you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements and will support invoice handling related queries decreasing cycle time from the point of scanning until invoice payment. Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Section Lead regarding the daily work coordination and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Global Customer Experience End to End Employee Experience Organization.

The Opportunity
Financial Task Execution & System Support: Perform timely and stringent financial tasks including system analysis issue resolution within SAP FI MM or procurement modules and handle incidents especially related to OPT VIM.
IT Service Management & Compliance: Execute ITIL-based evaluation and management of user requests/incidents escalate issues to IT provide solutions/workarounds and ensure Global KPIs and SLA thresholds are met.
Process Improvement & Implementation: Participate in the analysis redesign and implementation of business and systems processes identify opportunities for process improvement and manage related projects/mini-projects.
Training and Advisory Services: Conduct end-user training (including preparation and delivery of training material) and provide advisory support on SAP Invoice to Pay process changes and Accounts Payable accounting.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and review SOPs Knowledge Base and User Guidance contribute to policy/procedure documentation and perform reporting for finance management and external requestors.
Service Transition and Project Participation: Manage or participate in RSS and global technology projects focusing on functional analysis testing (including scripted regression and coordination) and providing deployment support.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Act as an escalation board for IT establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders understand business needs and actively promote effective cooperation across teams.

Essential Skills: Must possess strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) strong customer centricity stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Technical Expertise: Experience in SAP (specifically FI and the Accounts Payable module) coupled with an analytical thinking approach.
Experience: Requires 1-3 years of related experience in accounts payable and/or financial accounting.
Process Knowledge: Comprehensive insight into the Demand to Pay (D2P) departments processes.
Education: A University or College Education with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
