About the role:
Step into a front-line role on complex market-shaping transactions. Youll work side-by-side with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers gaining direct exposure to clients and decision-makers.
Your work will include:
- Driving public and private M&A deals - from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs joint ventures and strategic investments.
- Coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value cross-border transactions.
- Leading the drafting and negotiation of SPAs underwriting and subscription agreements shareholder arrangements and JV documentation.
- Playing an integral role in deal strategy execution and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate:
- 38 years PAE in Corporate/M&A Private Equity or ECM.
- Training from a leading national or international firm.
- Strong academics commercial acumen and client focus.
- Driven collaborative and ready to grow your career on a global stage.
