Senior Nurse (RGN) Lead with Confidence in a Nursing Home Environment

Day Shifts 42 hours per week

What Were Looking For

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
Previous nursing home experience is essential
Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills
Confident in leading shifts and supporting junior staff
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
Ability to work 42 hours per week on a rota basis
