Job Description:
Lead candidate user acquisition and define the B2C marketing machine end-to-end for a rapidly expanding AI-powered talent platform. This high-impact role involves media buying channel testing and marketing data reporting driving explosive global scale. Youll build and lead a high-quality team turning ambitious ideas into reality at breakneck speed.

What you will do:

Lead candidate user acquisition and define the B2C marketing machine end-to-end.
Manage media buying channel testing and marketing data reporting for global expansion.

The ideal candidate:

Extensive digital marketing experience with a proven track record of B2C or B2C2B growth.
Data enthusiast with expert analytical skills and recent hands-on paid advertising management.
