The Opportunity:


For our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division (ARDx) we are looking for an outstandingsalestalent to join our great team in Czechia as a SalesRepresentative / Key Account Manager.This will be a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned territory. Preferred home location for the chosen candidate should beBrno Olomouc Breclav or Zlin area.

ASalesRepresentative is a professional who plays a crucial role in drivingsalesby establishing and managing relationships with customers. They serve as the primary point of contact guiding prospects from initial outreach to final purchase decisions.

Primary objective of the position
TheSalesRepresentative is responsible for selling total RMDx solutions to targeted hospital and non-hospital accounts.

What Youll do:

  • Present promote and sell products/services using compelling arguments to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify potential customers through networking cold-calling and email communications.
  • Drive profitable growth and close opportunities in targeted accounts by initiating developing and/or delivering unique solutions that result in improved customer outcomes and benefits Abbott; ensures all commitments are met.
  • Manage and drive the development of their accounts including key activities such asstrategic account management.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze impact of market trends and factors and competitor activities on customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand current ARDx ID share.


Required qualifications and background:

  • Prior industry experience with ideally 3-5 years ofsalesexperience.
  • Experience inmedical devices salesordiagnostics salespreferred.
  • University degree in Business Biological Science or related field.
  • Proficient in dealing with both primary and secondary customers at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of managing numerous stakeholders insalescycles that exceeds 3-6 months.
  • Working knowledge and experience in medical equipment leasing andmanaged services.
  • Skilled and experienced negotiator.
  • Positive attitude team player with a high level of initiative energy and enthusiasm.
  • Effective communicator excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results through influencing others.
  • Excellent organization facilitator and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English native in Czech or Slovak.
  • Readiness to work in a field (approx.. 80% of time).
