ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) whos eager to connect with businesses across the country to introduce them to Zogos financial wellness platforms. As the first point of contact in the sales process youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads sparking new relationships and helping our revenue team close meaningful partnerships that drive impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through high volume outreach via phone email and LinkedIn.

  • Exceed weekly and monthly goals for qualified demos booked.

  • Target organizations and identify key decision-makers.

  • Research specific prospects to understand their priorities challenges and potential fit with Zogo.

  • Diligently log all sales activities prospect interactions and update lead statuses in HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and effective funnel management.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.

Your Experience

  • 0-1 year of sales or outreach experience (open to recent college graduates).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth startup.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized hunter mentality and motivated by measurable goals.

  • Passion for financial education and Zogos mission.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
