Your Tasks

Are you ready to take on a dynamic and multifaceted role at the heart of our commercial operations As an Account Specialist at Beiersdorf youll be a key player in supporting the National Account Manager and driving the short- mid- and long-term commercial objectives. Youll act as a vital link between Sales Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Shopper & Customer Marketing to help achieve our overall country goals

  • Enhance customer satisfaction while achieving commercial targets.
  • Prepare and share customer-specific data and templates for innovations and relaunches.
  • Support promotional planning (online & offline) in collaboration with the National Account Manager.
  • Serve as a reliable contact for Category Managers and ensure smooth communication between customer and internal teams.
  • Pull and prepare customer data (e.g. scanning data) for analysis.
  • Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues related to timing pricing and quantities. Crucial role in coordinating this with the discount customer.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and share insights with the National Account Manager.
  • Align with internal teams to meet both company-wide and account-specific objectives.
  • Coordinate and align with European teams on assortment promotions and orders (together with NAM)
  • Coordinate weekly operational meetings with Customer Service and Sales Planning.
  • Share customer insights with Shopper & Customer Marketing and Category Management to optimize distribution and POS materials.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotion data in collaboration with Finance.
  • Maintain promotion planning tools.
  • Contribute to key projects and initiatives

Your Profile

  • HBO or academic degree
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
