We are building a global SDR/BDR team to support our rapid growth toward tens of millions in revenue. You will be one of the first hires in this department and play a foundational role in shaping our outbound engine.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a mid-level SDR/BDR to support our outbound sales team by:
Identifying qualified companies
Running targeted outbound outreach
Setting high-quality meetings
Managing early-stage prospect conversations
Passing well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives
This role requires strong research skills excellent written communication ICP understanding and the discipline to manage high-volume outbound activity with consistent accuracy.
You will build pipeline across:
Performance agencies lead brokers medspas home services groups eCommerce brands fitness businesses and high-ticket education brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prospecting & Research
Source accounts that match Namakinas ICP via LinkedIn directories and internal tools.
Evaluate accounts based on lead volume list size industry and purchase readiness.
Identify key decision-makers (Founder CEO VP Growth VP Sales Marketing Directors).
Enrich leads with contact details and relevant notes.
2. Outbound Outreach
Execute high-volume outbound across Email LinkedIn and Phone.
Personalize messaging using ICP-specific frameworks.
Hit daily/weekly KPIs (touches conversations meetings booked).
3. Qualification
Ask structured discovery/qualification questions:
Monthly lead volume
Dormant database size
Current follow-up process
Revenue leakage pain points
Fit for Revive Convert or Monetize
Score leads using internal qualification models.
Pass only high-quality high-fit meetings to AEs.
4. Calendar Management
Schedule discovery calls.
Drive high show-up rates through reminders and follow-ups.
Manage reschedules and calendar accuracy.
5. Pipeline Hygiene
Update CRM daily (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Maintain clean data accurate notes and updated opportunity statuses.
Tag accounts by ICP fit level and product interest.
6. Performance Tracking
Meet weekly KPIs:
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
13 years SDR/BDR experience (B2B SaaS agency or high-ticket preferred).
Proven success booking meetings with founders VPs and C-level leaders.
Experience in outbound-heavy roles.
Skills
Strong English writing & communication.
Ability to quickly research and evaluate businesses.
Understanding of lead gen funnels and follow-up cycles (big plus).
Comfortable targeting U.S.-based clients.
Strong organizational discipline; able to manage high outbound volume.
Technical Skills
CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce).
LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic understanding of qualification frameworks (BANT MEDDIC etc.).
Familiarity with enrichment tools like Apollo Clay Instantly etc.

Build clean accurate prospect lists.
