Capital Hyundai of Greensboro is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers rely this key role youll guide drivers through their maintenance and repair needs help them feel confident in the services recommended and keep our service department running smoothly from start to finish.

What Youll Do:
- Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to understand customer concerns and identify maintenance or repair needs
- Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to build trust and support informed decision-making
- Schedule and manage appointments to keep the service department operating efficiently
- Partner with technicians and team members to ensure accurate communication and timely repair completion
- Provide responsive professional support for customer questions feedback and concerns
- Maintain an organized clean workspace and uphold dealership safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive customer service role preferred
- Solid understanding of automotive systems diagnostics and repair procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and earn customer confidence
- Comfort using computerized scheduling estimating and invoicing tools
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
