This is an onsite role based in Austin TX at the heart of where global ideas meet world-class execution.
We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Human Resources Director who is ready to make a global this pivotal role you will serve as a trusted advisor and decision-maker aligning our people strategy with business objectives shaping culture and driving organizational success. You will lead all aspects of Human Resources while playing a critical role in Mergers & Acquisitions integration talent strategy and workforce planning.

What can you expect to do
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to design and execute global HR strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
- Full-Scope HR Management: Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition workforce planning compensation and benefits training and development employee relations compliance HR systems performance management and policy administration.
- M&A Integration: Lead HR due diligence and integration activities for ongoing mergers and acquisitions ensuring seamless cultural and operational alignment.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for attracting retaining and developing top talent globally.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive inclusive workplace culture that drives engagement and performance.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders providing insights and solutions that influence organizational success.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the HR team ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.
What is the experience needed to be successful in this role
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field required; Masters degree and HR certification preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role with global exposure.
- Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions including HR due diligence and integration.
- Expertise in talent acquisition compensation and benefits employee relations and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and compliance.
- Technologically proficient with experience in complex ERP and HRIS systems preferred.
- Exceptional communication leadership and strategic planning skills.
