Human Resources Director Austin TX

This is an onsite role based in Austin TX at the heart of where global ideas meet world-class execution.

We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Human Resources Director who is ready to make a global this pivotal role you will serve as a trusted advisor and decision-maker aligning our people strategy with business objectives shaping culture and driving organizational success. You will lead all aspects of Human Resources while playing a critical role in Mergers & Acquisitions integration talent strategy and workforce planning.

What can you expect to do

Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to design and execute global HR strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
Full-Scope HR Management: Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition workforce planning compensation and benefits training and development employee relations compliance HR systems performance management and policy administration.
M&A Integration: Lead HR due diligence and integration activities for ongoing mergers and acquisitions ensuring seamless cultural and operational alignment.
Talent Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for attracting retaining and developing top talent globally.
Employee Experience: Foster a positive inclusive workplace culture that drives engagement and performance.
Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders providing insights and solutions that influence organizational success.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the HR team ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field required; Masters degree and HR certification preferred.
10 years of progressive HR experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role with global exposure.
Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions including HR due diligence and integration.
Expertise in talent acquisition compensation and benefits employee relations and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and compliance.
Technologically proficient with experience in complex ERP and HRIS systems preferred.
Exceptional communication leadership and strategic planning skills.
